Can you recommend a good Bangkok hotel in Thailand?
I will spending 3 nights in Bangkok next January as part of my honeymoon. Can anyone recommend a decent hotel - nice and with a good location? Will be spending a total of 3 weeks in Thailand & just 4 days of them in Bangkok! My budget is around EUR40 per twin room

- There are dozens of excellent hotels in Bangkok. I prefer to stay at a hotel on Sukhumvit Road. They come in all price ranges. I have stayed at the JW Marriot and I would certainly recommend it if it is in your budget. Sukhumvit Road has plenty of shopping, restaurants, entertainment etc. It is also serviced by the sky train, making it easy to get around.
- u can go to better place, more romantic and beutifull in thailand then bkk, on ur honeymoon and if u ask for hotel u need tell ur budget, as thailand got ranges from really cheap to very expensive
- I recommend you to try this website.
- Check out the Asia Hotel. It is right on a Skytrain stop. (The Skytrain can get you around town quick and easy. Good idea to get a hotel near the Skytrain!) http://www.bangkok.com/asiabangkok/ From the Asia Hotel you can walk down to Phetchaburi Road and check out the shopping. Lots of malls, street vendors, restaurants, etc. The Asia is in a mostly "bar free" area of Bangkok! Good luck.

- The Oriental is the best. Otherwise go for Grand Hyatt Erawan, the Regent, Dusit Thani. Those are top hotels.
